Manual swing gate CP-08

The CP-08 is a cost-effective, fully mechanical swing gate designed to provide simple and reliable control of pedestrian access.

As it requires no electrical connection, the gate can operate independently in any environment and keeps both installation and maintenance costs low. Its straightforward construction, dependable operation, and clean appearance make it suitable for a wide range of access-control applications.

The CP-08 can be used in retail stores, supermarkets, ticketed areas, emergency exit routes, and alongside full-height turnstiles as an additional pedestrian access point.

MECHANISM – TWO OPERATING MODES
The gate uses a robust spring-loaded floor mechanism that controls how the arm behaves according to the angle at which it is opened.

• Self-closing mode (opening angle below 80°) – for normal pedestrian access, the arm can be pushed open to less than 80°. Once the user has passed through, the spring mechanism automatically and smoothly brings the arm back to its closed position.
• Hold-open mode (opening angle above 80°) – when continuous access is required, for example, for groups of people, moving large items, or during an emergency evacuation, the arm can be pushed beyond 80°. At this point, the mechanism holds the gate in the open position. To close it again, simply move the arm back manually.
